Job Profile
Rotate positions in various modules of the HR department to be familiar with different business types and skill requirements of each position;

2.Based on the company's development strategy, deeply understand the business and personnel development status interact with businesses, carry out recruitment, develop, maintain and manage recruitment channels;
3.According to actual needs, carry out training (new employee training, skill training, etc.), and assist team members to improve their working ability;
4.Learn to handle business team building and employee relationships, build excellent team culture, and promote and implement the corporate culture in front-line teams;
5.Gather information about employees’ entry and dimission, improve the dimission process, and analyze the dimission data to reduce the dimission rate.
1.Fresh graduates with bachelor degree or above from 985/211 Project or distinguishing overseas universities, HR major is preferred, 5 days attendance per week is required;
2.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, etc.);
3. Excellent learning ability, communication and coordination ability, and affinity;
4. Strong sense of responsibility, ability to work under pressure and timely execute, and result-oriented.
